• Purchase Orders • Submit purchase orders including art files to orders@theBAR2GO.com • Art Charges • Billed at $50 (g) per hour with a minimum of $25 (g) • Art Formats • Corel Draw, EPS, Adobe Illustrator or PDF • All files need to be in vectorized • Acknowledgement • All purchase orders will be acknowledged within 24 hours. If you have not heard from us within that time frame, feel free to give us a call.

• Returns • Only blank merchandise return requests will be considered • Decorated items will not be accepted as a return • Any request must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of receipt of your order and approved by theBAR2GO. • Cancellations • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of receipt of your order; only with written instructions to orders@theBAR2GO.com • You will be responsible for any associated fees that have been incurred prior to the cancellation request.

• Product Dimensions • Reliable within .5” and measurement • All product is sewn by hand • Leather • Natural genuine leather with variations in the hide and their colors • May include what could be considered imperfections. These markings are nothing more than those found in the natural life of the animal. We do our absolute best to work around imperfections. • Turn Around Time • Custom made to order in the USA and will require a 30 day turn around on orders up to 144 pieces • Larger orders may require additional time • Can expedite your order if at all possible.
